Q: Who provides the insurance coverage to transport my car?

A: We have full Marine Transit insurance to cover your vehicle from pick-up to delivery.
 

Q: Do you transport non-goers or damaged vehicles?

A: Advance Car Carriers are unable to transport non running or damaged vehicles.



Q: How long will it take to deliver my vehicle?
A: We offer same day pick-up and delivery services. To obtain an estimate from one of our operators please call our operations centre (click here for contact details).




Q: Do you provide flexible scheduling?
A: We have flexible scheduling to suit the requirements of our customers. Speak to our highly trained operations staff about how we can schedule pick-ups and deliveries to best meet your needs.



Q: What payment choices do I have?

A: Advance Car Carriers accepts most major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), or make payment upon pick-up or delivery (COD) with bank cheque, postal order or cash. Personal cheques are not accepted. We encourage customers that require regular pick-ups to establish an account.



Q: How will Advance Car Carriers move my car?

A: Advance uses modern car carriers with capabilities usually ranging from two to six car carriers. These are the same trucks used to transport new vehicles from vehicle processing centres to dealerships across the country.
